:
: The project has been registered as a quality improvement project at Newham Hospital in association with the local authority Public Health team and an audit with the clinical effectiveness unit at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital. As this is a quality improvement project, Human Ethics Approval was not needed under the UK Health Research Authority guidance. Consent for collection of data from individual patients was obtained on registration of the digital tool (Ortus), and consent to participate in the focus group was implied with attendance. Patients were informed that information gathered would be used to create future pathways with an aim to publish in a peer reviewed journal. No recording of personal data was taken in the focus group. Patients were asked consent to use the digital app, and complied with institutional guidelines for the same.
: We consent to the publication of this document. No identifiable or individual patient data has been included in this manuscript.
: DD is founder of Ortus I-Health, which is the tool used in this manuscript for patient contact and interaction. Rest of the authors have no Conflict of interest to declare.
