: Ethical approval for this project was obtained from the UI/UCH Ethics Review Committee, College of Medicine University of Ibadan (UI/EC/21/0183) in accordance with The Declaration of Helsinki and the National Code of Health Research Ethics. Letter of approval was obtained from the State Ministry of Education. Approval was also obtained from the Principal of the respective secondary schools. Assent was obtained from the participants and confidentiality of data was ensured. Informed consent was given by parents of the participants, and assent was obtained from the participants.
