: Ethical approval was obtained from LUTH Research Ethics Committee (ADM/DSCST/HREC/APP/5711). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Voluntary written informed consent was obtained from participants, that their participation in the study would not cause any harm, prior to this, the interviewer explained the purpose of the study, risks, and benefits of participation. Participants were reassured that information obtained were solely for research purpose and were kept confidential. Participants were permitted to withdraw participation at any time without penalty or consequences. Privacy was ensured during interviews. No incentive was given for participation.
