: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the CLARKE International University Research Ethics Committee, Reference number CLARKE-2023-1104. Additionally, approval was granted by the Uganda National Council of Science and Technology (UNCST), Reference number HS5641ES. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality and anonymity of participants were strictly maintained throughout data collection, analysis, and reporting. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before data collection. Participants were informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without facing any consequences.
