: This study involved human participants and was conducted by the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association, 1964), which is widely recognized as the cornerstone of human research ethics. Ethical approval was granted by the University of Ghana, Ethics Committee of Humanities (Ref. No: ECH 185/22-23). All participants provided written informed consent for study participation, including interviews and focused group discussions.
