: Written informed consent was obtained from all lifestyle coaches, two participants and of all other participants in our intervention their verbal informed consent was audiotaped due to their limited ability to read and write. Verbal informed consent from the involved professionals who participated in the focus group interview was audiotaped as well. The audio recordings are securely stored and available on our server. This informed consent procedure was approved by the Medical Ethics Review Committee of VU University Medical Center (approval number: 2022.0486).
