: The data analyzed in this study were derived from a public health outreach program conducted by the Department of Haematology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Ethical approval for the original data collection was waived due to the minimal-risk nature of the activity. A Waiver Confirmation and Data Access Authorization was formally issued by the Department of Haematology, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, granting permission for the use of this data for research purposes (Reference Number: NAU/CHS/NC/HAEMAT/72).
