: All procedures for fecal and urine sample collections were carried out in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All experimental protocols were approved by the Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology; the Ogun State Ministry of Health; the Ogun State Universal Basic Education Board; and the Ogun State Rural Water and Sanitation Agency. Informed consent was obtained from the legal guardians of all participants. Pupils were provided with consent forms to take home, and only those who, together with their parents, gave informed consent were enrolled in the study.
