: Not required. This study analysed retrospective, anonymised secondary program data extracted from the National TB Elimination Programme (Nikshay) for 2024. No direct identifiers were available and there was no contact with individuals. As per the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) National Ethical Guidelines, analyses of anonymised secondary data do not require formal ethics review. The study used anonymised secondary data with no direct participant contact.
