: All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The research protocol has been approved by the ethics committee of Babol University of Medical Sciences with the identification code (MUBABOL.HRI.REC.1401.107). At baseline vaccination, a trained vaccinator (health service provider) informed the participants (or their parent or legal guardian in the case of children under 18) about the advantages, and also probable complications following immunization, and a written informed consent was obtained.
