: The study protocol was approved by the Georgetown University Institutional Review Board (STUDY00007916) and the Center Region Ethical Committee of the Cameroon Ministry of Health (0679/CRERSHC/2024) in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards, as well as the relevant national guidelines for research involving human participants in Cameroon. All participants provided written informed consent for both study participation and the audio recording of interviews.
