: The study received ethical approval from the Bolivian Ministry of Health, which also coordinated the survey in partnership with the WHO and the U.S. CDC. Permission to access schools was obtained from the Ministry of Education. School principals and teachers also granted consent to conduct the research at their institutions. For minors, written parental consent and student assent were obtained. The study adhered to ethical standards for research involving human participants, including the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The survey is officially registered with ID: BOL_2018_GSHS_v01.
