: Ethical permission IPH/OAU/12/1771 was obtained from the Research and Ethics Committee of the Institute of Public Health of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, before the study commenced. This ethical approval was also used to obtain permission from the Lagos State Ministry of Environment and the Local Government Authorities, where the study took place. During FGDs, participants were assigned numbers, and no identifying information was recorded. All methods in this study were carried out in accordance with the National Code of Health Research Ethics in Nigeria and were approved by the Research and Ethics Committee of the Institute of Public Health, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.
