: This study was reviewed and approved by the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC), a government-affiliated national institutional review board (IRB). This study complied with all relevant international and NHRC guidelines, abided with the principles of Good Clinical Practice and ethical conduct of the research and adhered to the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the use of epidemiological data for analyses, all patient information was anonymized and de-identified. No biological specimens, images, or any other personally identifiable information were used.
