: The study was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Aga Khan University, Karachi (Ref #: 2024-8505-28790). All methods were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Permissions to conduct the study were also obtained from the Sindh Department of Education and the respective schools. Written informed consent was obtained from parents/guardians, and verbal informed assent was obtained from participating children by the screening team (LHWs and core investigators). Verbal assent was used because participants were minors in a school setting.
: Verbal informed assent for the child to participate in the study was taken from the child and written informed consent was taken from parents. The study was approved by the Ethical review committee of the Aga Khan University. (Ref: 2024-8505-28790).
