: The study was conducted in accordance with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research involving Human Participants. Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Institute Ethics Committee of the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru (Approval No.: NIMH/DO/BEH.Sc.Div.2023/24). Participation in the research was confidential, anonymous, and voluntary. Eligible participants were given a detailed explanation of the study and its importance. They were also informed of the data collection procedures and study protocols. Participants who agreed to participate in the study were requested to complete the written informed consent form, and an arrangement for a focus group discussion with each participant was then made. The participants could withdraw from the study whenever they wished to do so. The participants' informed consent was obtained to record group discussions”.
