: The study received approval from the Kintampo Health Research Centre (Ethics Approval ID: KHRCIEC/2024-10) and permission from the relevant authorities, including the Facility managers. All methods and procedures were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki(1964). A written consent form detailing the research purpose and objectives was presented to respondents in clear, simple language, ensuring they understood the study. Respondents were also informed that they could withdraw at any time during the interview without deprivation. Finally, written informed consent was obtained from all respondents before data collection.
