: The researchers granted ethical clearance from the Pharma College of Health Sciences Hawassa campus IRB committee (Reference number: Ph/C/H/C/793/14). The support letter was received from the city administration health department. The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration and national ethics research guidelines and standards. Written informed consent was obtained from each study participant. To ensure the confidentiality of the respondents, their names were excluded from the questionnaire. All ethical principles were maintained during the research process.
