Data collection was performed with an institutional approval in principle granted by the Board of Directors of the home care provider association. In accordance with applicable institutional procedures for minimally risky non-interventional research, the requirement for research ethics committee review was waived by the Board of Directors of the home care provider association, which serves as the designated institutional governance body for this determination. All participants received written information about the study objectives and procedures, and written informed consent was obtained prior to participation. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality and anonymity were assured throughout data collection, analysis, and reporting.
