: Ethical approval for the study was received from the Institutional Review Boards of the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA/Z/R.2B/202) and the Nyasa District Council (NDC/T.10/4/VOL.II178) in Tanzania. The committee approved the data collection methodological protocol. All procedures were designed to ensure accuracy, transparency, and replicability.

: All participants provided informed consent and participated voluntarily. For adolescents under 18 years of age, written consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians, in addition to the adolescent’s own assent. Participants were assured that their involvement was entirely voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time without any consequences. Ethical procedures were followed in accordance with institutional and national guidelines for research involving minors.
