: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Health and Allied Sciences Research Ethics Committee with reference number-UHAS-REC B.10 [117]24-25. Permission was granted by health facility heads to conduct the study at the selected health facilities. Participation in the study was completely voluntary and all respondents were provided written informed consent prior to the questionnaire administration. Participants voluntarily contributed their time and effort without receiving any form of compensation. They were informed about the purpose and significance of the study and were made aware of their right to withdraw at any stage without penalty. No personal identifying information was collected to maintain anonymity and protect participants’ privacy. Participants were assured of strict confidentiality throughout the research process. The study adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki.
