: Ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of the Health Services Academy, Islamabad, Pakistan was acquired before the study was conducted. In accordance to the national and institutional guidelines formal permission was taken from the relevant population welfare department. However, the study doesn’t involve individual-level or any identifiable information therefore informed consent from the clients was not required.
