: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Pharma College (Approval No. PC5C/DNPN/3582/2017). Permission to conduct the study was also obtained from the Jinka Town Administrative Office.
: Written informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all study participants prior to data collection. The purpose of the study was explained to laboratory personnel and the administrative body of the health center. All procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant ethical standards, and confidentiality of the participants’ information was maintained. All children who were found positive for intestinal parasites during the laboratory examination were linked to Jinka Millennium Health Center for appropriate treatment and management.
