: Ethical approval was sought and obtained from the University of Health and Allied Sciences Research Ethics Committee (UHAS-REC) before the start of the study. The clearance letter, numbered UHAS-REC A.2 [4] 24–25, from the UHAS-REC, together with an introductory letter, was sent to both FNBSPH and SONAM for permission to collect data. All procedures involving human participants were performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the UHAS-REC and in line with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. Written informed consent was obtained from all respondents before their inclusion in the study. Respondents were informed about the purpose of the research, study procedures, potential risks and benefits, the voluntary nature of participation, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity were assured throughout the study, and no personal identifiers were included in the analysis or reporting of findings.
