: The study’s protocol was approved by the UHAS Research Ethics Committee with protocol identification number UHAS-REC A.4 [67] 19–20. The ethical approval obtained from the UHAS Research Ethics Committee was carried out in accordance with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical Standards. Consequently, the study was carried out in accordance with ethical standards involving human subjects and all methods and procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Permission was also obtained from the Municipal Education Directorate and the tertiary institutions involved through official letters. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant prior to collection. The purpose of the study was explained to the students’ participants to inform their voluntary participation. The study was conducted in accordance with the UHAS Research Ethics Committee’s ethical guidelines and regulations of informed consent and ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of all participants and their information.
