: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical and Research Committee of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu Campus, Nigeria, Number, HREC/2018/05/135 before commencement of the study in accordance with the committee’s guidelines, regulations and Helsinki declaration.
