Ethical approval for the study was granted by the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC:038/12/24). Prior to data collection, all participants were fully informed about the study’s purpose and procedures, and both written and verbal informed consent were secured. To ensure confidentiality and data protection, all responses were anonymised, preventing any linkage to individual identities.
