: This scoping review was conducted as part of the doctoral research of Sofia Kabir. The PhD protocol was approved by the Advanced Studies and Research Board and Ethics Committee at Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, Pakistan (Ref: ASRB002889/FA/IPHSS). The present scoping review did not involve recruitment of human participants, primary data collection, or analysis of identifiable human participant data. All evidence was obtained from previously published studies, which were duly cited in the manuscript.
