: The Institutional Review Board of Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child reviewed and granted ethical approval (MIRB/September – 2023/009) for this study. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. Prior to data collection, written consent was obtained from school authorities, followed by passive consent from parents or legal guardians for their child’s participation. Electronic assent was then acquired from the students in the self-administered interface before data collection was initiated, those who did not provide assent were excluded from the study.
: Consent for publication was obtained from all participating respondents. For adolescent participants, informed assent was secured along with passive consent from their parents or legal guardians prior to data collection.
