: The paper received ethical approval from the Community Ethics Advisory Board (CEAB), with reference number CEAB-2024-016 on 9th December 2024. All the participants were informed that their participation was voluntary. Oral and written informed consent was obtained from all participants before conducting the interview and audio recording, which was in alignment with research ethics. All the participants’ names were assigned pseudonyms. All methods were performed according to relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent, both oral and written, was obtained from all participants aged 18 years and above before participation in the interviews and audio recordings. All participants were fully informed about the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of participation, the confidentiality of their responses, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. The consent procedures were conducted in accordance with approved research ethics guidelines.
