: The present study protocol was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Savitribai Phule Pune University (Ref No. DHS-IRB/03/2025). The Committee ensures that the study will be conducted as per the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and approved the protocol in the context of ‘National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research involving Human Participants, 2017’ published by the Indian Council of Medical Research, Government of India. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant, and the confidentiality of their responses was maintained throughout the study. Participation was entirely voluntary, and respondents were informed of their right to decline or withdraw from the study at any stage, without any consequences.
