: The study protocol, participant information sheet, and written informed consent forms were approved by the Ethics Committee of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, Iran. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the relevant institutional and national research committees and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. According to YaHS protocol, manuscripts form the main objectives of the study, were allowed to use the main ethics code of study for publication. Written informed consents were obtained from all individual participants prior to study enrollment, in compliance with the ethics approval and other ethical guidelines.
