Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical clearance for this study was granted by the Ethical Review Committee (ERC) of the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital Research and Ethics Committee. Authorization to conduct the research was also obtained from the Head of the Department of Community Medicine and the project supervisor. In addition, all methods were conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Participation was voluntary, and respondents were adequately informed about the purpose of the study, procedures involved, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality and anonymity of all participants were strictly maintained throughout the study.
