: This study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Chile, under Act No. 090 dated August 6, 2024, registered under No. 016-2024. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, the International Ethical Guidelines for Health-related Research Involving Humans (CIOMS, 2016), and the International Council for Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice guidelines (ICH-GCP, 1996). Participants were informed about the objectives of the activity, the methodology, and the use of audio recording at the beginning of the World Café session. Informed consent to participate and to be recorded was obtained verbally prior to the start of the discussions. All recordings and transcripts were anonymized, and identifying information was removed to protect participants’ confidentiality.
