Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study involved human subjects; hence, ethics approval was obtained from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC: 006/06/25) and Maastricht University’s Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Life Sciences (FHML-REC/2025/021).
