Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Human Ethics Committee of PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore (Ref No: PSG/IHEC/2024/Appr/FB/021). This study has also got approval from the Department of ADI Dravidar & Tribal Welfare, Coimbatore. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Informed consent to participate in the study was obtained from all participants prior to data collection.
