Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Jinka University. An official letter was written by the Department of Nursing to the concerned bodies, and permission letters were obtained from the Jinka Town Health Office for each kebele in Jinka town. All methods and procedures were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interview. The confidentiality and privacy of the participants’ responses were maintained throughout the study.
