Ethics approval and consent to participate: The protocol was approved by the Oyo State Ministry of Health Ethical Committee with Ref: No. AD 13/479/156c. The protocol followed the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Digital or written informed consent were received from all participants before filling the questionnaire. The participants that filled the hard copy of the questionnaire were made to answer sign the consent form before participating while those that filled the google form responded to the informed consent question before proceeding in the response to the questions. The introduction section also emphasised that participation was voluntary while confidentiality of responses was assured.
