: The following information pertains to the ethical approval (i.e., approving body and any reference numbers) for animal use: Specimens were collected and disposed of following the Guidelines for the Use of Live Amphibians and Reptiles in Field Research (the Herpetological Animal Care and Use Committee (HACC) of the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists, 2004).
