: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Taipei Medical University-Joint Institutional Review Board (TMU-JIRB Approval No. N202108021), following full-board review on September 30, 2021 (Meeting #110-09-4). The approval was valid from November 26, 2021 to November 25, 2022, and was subsequently renewed on September 22, 2022 (Meeting #111-09-4) for continued validity through November 25, 2023. Continuing review approval was granted on September 22, 2022 (Meeting #111-09-4), extending the validity through November 25, 2023. Although there was an administrative delay in registering the protocol in the Protocol Registration and Results System (PRS), resulting in post-enrollment registration, all study procedures strictly adhered to the approved ethical protocol throughout the research period. The delayed registration is acknowledged as a limitation in terms of study transparency. Nevertheless, this delay did not compromise study quality, data integrity, or safety of participants.
