: This study received in-kind support from Trexo-Robotics but academic independence was protected as part of our Data Sharing Agreement. We have access to the raw usage data from Trexo-Robotics’ QuickSite database. Trexo-Robotics included reminders to complete our questionnaires as part of their customer service “check-ins” and has been consulted as needed (e.g. factors that can cause non-use/missing data). Trexo-Robotics has seen preliminary presentations of this data in academic settings, but did not contribute to the data analysis, writing or editing of this manuscript.
