: Human EC samples and normal endometrial tissues were obtained from patient biopsy collected during surgery at Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University. Informed consent for this study was obtained from each patient. This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the hospital and the Research Ethics Committee of Xiamen University. Experiments were carried out in strict accordance with the guidelines and regulations of Xiamen University.The mice were treated humanely and all animal procedures were carried out in accordance with the approved animal use protocols of Xiamen University Laboratory Animal Center.
