: Kunming (KM) mice from Department of Laboratory Animals of Jinzhou Medical University were used in this study. The mice were 2.5 weeks old and body weights were 30–35 g. There were 7–8 suckling mice in each litter. Each group contained 10 litters of suckling mice. All animals were kept in a pathogen-free environment and fed ad lib. The procedures for care and use of animals were approved by the Committee on Laboratory Animal Ethics of Jinzhou Medical University, Jinzhou city, Liaoning province, China and all applicable institutional and governmental regulations concerning the ethical use of animals were followed.
