: This study did not involve human experimentation or human participants. The only human materials used were throat swab samples collected from influenza-like illness (ILI) patients, which for public health purposes according to the national ILI guidelines. Written informed consent for the use of their clinical sample was obtained from the parents of the children. This study was approved by the Ethics Review Committee of the Hangzhou center for Disease Control and Prevention (Approval number 2024-10).
