: The throat swab samples in this study were collected for infectious disease pathogen testing with the patients’ consent. Genomic sequencing was performed for infectious disease surveillance and public health protection purposes. The interests of the participants involved in this study have been adequately protected, and they were beneficial for the disease diagnosis and treatment. This study was approved by Suzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ethics committee. All experiments were in line with relevant rules and regulations.
