: This study was conducted in a private diagnostic laboratory in Tehran, Iran, over a 14-year period. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants at the time of sample collection. The consent form included permission for the use of biological samples and associated clinical and demographic data (including age, sex, marital status, clinical symptoms, and prior infection history where available) for research purposes. All data were anonymized prior to analysis, and no personally identifiable information was included in the study. The study was conducted in accordance with national regulations governing the use of anonymized laboratory data.
