Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The necessary approval was obtained from UPM ethic committee. The study was conducted in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki in its currently applicable version, the guidelines of the International Conference on Harmonization of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and coordination with the Health Ministry of Malaysia was fulfilled based on the applicable Malaysian laws (National Medical Research Register, (NMRR)).
