: Sample collection was facilitated by coordinating with the health care centers of Tehran. This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and ethically approved by the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Number: IR.TUMS.VCR.REC.1399.295).

: The purpose of the study was explained to the participants, and all participants provided written informed consent prior to entering the study. The researcher and illiterate participants had a simple language conversation to give them information, and informed consent was then stamped or fingerprinted as a form of agreement.
