: All studies with human cells and tissues have been approved by the Ottawa Hospital and the National Research Council of Canada’s Research Ethics Boards. Informed written consent was obtained to use the amniotic fluid for research purposes and all the methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations as approved by the Ottawa Hospital Research Ethics Board. Primary human T cells were isolated from whole blood obtained from healthy human volunteers under informed consent and approval through the National Research Council of Canada Research Ethics Board.
