Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University Institute of Health with reference number IHRPGC/744/2017. After ethical clearance received, permission to conduct the research was obtained from the clinical director of the hospital and the head of the Psychiatric Clinic. Information sheet were prepared and read to all eligible participants of the study. All participants were informed the purpose of the study and their participation was on voluntary basis. Written informed consent was received from all participants. Names of the participants were omitted from the questionnaire; instead, medical record number was used to ensure confidentiality.
